Elianto Matte Eyeshadow 03 Misty Grey

This is my third Elianto eyeshadow. I don't know WHY I got this gray, I just thought it would be nice to have more cool-toned colors in my eyeshadow stash, considering I mostly have browns, golds and pinks.

Price: P95.00
Location Bought: Elianto SM Megamall
Approximate Date Bought: October 27, 2010

Silly me, when I was looking for the shadow's name last Monday,
I only looked at the box, not the barcode area. :))

Elianto baked eyeshadow duo in Brown

I've wanted to try Elianto's baked eyeshadows for a while now - they look so cute!

Unfortunately they're not as pigmented as I thought baked eyeshadows would be, even under a base.

There seems to be more shimmer than pigment in them. As you can also see in the picture above, there is barely any distinction between the lighter shade (used as lid color) and the darker shade (crease color). That, or maybe I blended too much?

Elianto Sunscreen Lip Gloss SPF 15 in Rosy Soft Red

I think Elianto named this product wrong. This won't make your lips glossy, as its name implies. Seems more like lipstick or tinted lip balm than lipgloss to me, actually. It does have GLOSSY packaging, though:

Gripes about naming conventions aside, Rosy Soft Red is the perfect peachy-pink color I've been looking for. It's very close to Lancome's Le Rouge Absolu in Peche, which is WAY OUT of my price range. Fortunately, at P299.00, Elianto's product comfortably is. :)

As you will see below, this lip gloss lipstick is quite moisturizing, which makes the need for lip balm/butter optional.

And now, the product in action!

Elianto Baked Powder in Nude

Got this during the last week of summer, just remembered to blog about it now.

I got this for around 300 pesos, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how much pricier baked makeup is compared to regular makeup. I like the packaging, very simple and elegant.

The SA said this product could be used for contouring too, but I only wanted something to remove shininess, so I got the shade closest to my skintone. Here it is under brighter lighting:

This blends really well onto my skin - it's barely there - and does a good job of keeping it oil free for about half a day. That duration's fine with me, since I usually duck into a school bathroom at around lunchtime anyway. I use a sponge to apply this to my T-zone, although a brush is the more conventional way to go.

I'm keeping my cheeks free from powder and blush at the moment, as I have unwanted "visitors" on them. DO NOT WANT. >_<
